The OWL CX is a control paddle built around OWL's Acoustene composite face, which gives a soft, quiet strike that makes drops, dinks and resets feel easy. A 16mm polypropylene honeycomb core adds stability and a large, consistent sweet spot, with an anti head-heavy balance for quick handling. It was the first paddle to qualify for USA Pickleball's quiet category, which matters for courts with noise rules.

A 16 mm core gives more control and a softer feel; 14 mm gives more pop and power. Newer players are usually happier with 16 mm.
