Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it under the terms below.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email helppadelnox@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

Non-returnable items

Used rackets, rackets with overgrips or protectors fitted, opened overgrip packs and opened ball cans cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.
