TUYO Padel Rackets

Quick Answer
TUYO padel rackets are carbon value frames from $79 to $119, organised as a ladder: Tyro and Arrow for control, Cosmic for balance, and Stealth for power. TUYO rates each one out of 5 for control and power, which makes choosing easy. Beginners should start with a Tyro or Arrow; hitters should look at the Stealth frames.
- Best for: beginners and improving club players who want a carbon face on a tight budget.
- Weight/Balance/Shape: 350 to 370 g; Tyro is round, Arrow, Cosmic and most Stealth frames are teardrops, the Gold Stealth Pro is a diamond.
- Price at Padelnox: $79 for the Tyro and Arrow Red, $119 for the rest.
Key Takeaways
- TUYO publishes a control and power score. The Tyro rates 5 of 5 for control and 0 for power; the Stealth frames flip that to 1 and 4.
- The core follows the family. Tyro and Arrow use soft EVA, Cosmic medium EVA and Stealth black EVA.
- Carbon weave climbs with price. From 100% carbon on the Tyro to 3K, 12K and 18K faces further up.
- Light frames throughout. Nothing in the range goes above 370 g, and the Tyro starts at 350 g.
- Under the kit threshold. TUYO frames are under $150, so add your own protector and grips, and three accessories save 15%.

The TUYO Padel Rackets Ladder
I am Tomás Reyes, a padel coach, and you can read how I test rackets on my profile page. TUYO is one of the value brands I get asked about most by new players. What I like about it is that the range is organised clearly. Here is the ladder from bottom to top.
Tyro, $79, the control frame. A round head, soft EVA core and 100% carbon face. The TUYO Tyro in Orange ($79) lists 350 to 355 g, and the yellow version 350 to 360 g. TUYO rates it 5 of 5 for control and 0 of 5 for power. That is honest labelling: this is a racket for learning placement.
Arrow, $79 to $119, control with a little more reach. Teardrop shape, soft EVA, 100% carbon, rated 4 for control and 1 for power. The TUYO Arrow in Red ($79) sits at 350 to 360 g; the Arrow in Green ($119) has a wider 350 to 370 g range.
Cosmic, $119, the balanced middle. Teardrops with a medium EVA core. The Cosmic Silver ($119) has a 3K face and rates 3 for control and 2 for power. The Cosmic Blue ($119) moves to 12K carbon and rates 2 and 3. The Cosmic Pearl uses a 100% carbon face with the same 2 and 3 rating.
Pink Power, $119. The TUYO Pink Power ($119) is a teardrop with a 3K face and soft EVA, rated 1 for control and 4 for power. A power frame with a softer core.
Stealth, $119, the power frames. Black EVA cores and rated 1 for control and 4 for power. The Coral Stealth uses 12K carbon plus a sandpaper finish; the Silver Stealth+ ($119) uses 18K carbon plus sandpaper; the Silver Stealth V2 is 18K. At the top, the Gold Stealth Pro ($119) is the only diamond, with an 18K face at 360 to 370 g.

Eight Sessions Climbing the TUYO Ladder
To answer the "TUYO padel racket review" question properly, I played eight sessions with one partner, the same brand of balls and the same court, moving up one frame each time. My notes, in order.
Session 1, Tyro Orange. The lightest and most forgiving. The round head put the sweet spot low and wide, and defensive shots off the back glass came out calm. Smashes were weak, exactly as the 0 of 5 power score promises. Arm felt fresh after 90 minutes.
Session 2, Arrow Red. The teardrop added a little reach at the net. Still soft, still easy. I would give this to a beginner who already has decent timing.
Session 3, Arrow Green. Same character with a touch more mass in my sample. Volleys felt a bit more solid.
Session 4, Cosmic Silver. The medium core changed the feel noticeably. More response on flat shots, still enough control for lobs. This is the TUYO I would hand to most improving players.
Session 5, Cosmic Blue. The 12K face felt firmer and crisper than the 3K Silver. Bandejas carried better.
Session 6, Pink Power. An interesting mix: power-oriented, but the soft core kept it comfortable. Good for a player who wants pop without harshness.
Session 7, Silver Stealth+. The black EVA and 18K face made this the firmest of the teardrops. The sandpaper finish bit on slice. Smashes finally had weight. Off-center hits were less forgiving.
Session 8, Gold Stealth Pro. The diamond head moved the weight up. The víbora felt strongest here, and so did the fatigue in my shoulder by the end. A frame for players with clean technique.
One more note from the test. My partner, who plays at a solid intermediate level, preferred the Cosmic Blue overall and said the Stealth frames felt "like they wanted a bigger swing than I have". That matches what I see in lessons: most club players pick a frame one step too powerful for their game.
The ratings held up. TUYO's control and power numbers matched what I felt on court more closely than most brand marketing does. Compared with my usual teardrop, even the top Stealth felt lighter in the head and less solid on hard blocks, which is what I expect at this price.

How to Choose Your TUYO Padel Racket
- Start from the ratings. New to padel: pick a frame with control 4 or 5. Improving: 3 and 2. Attacking player: 1 and 4.
- Check the core. Soft EVA is gentler on the arm; black EVA is firmer and livelier. My padel racket weight guide explains how weight and core interact.
- Decide on the weave. 3K feels softer, 12K and 18K firmer. My 12K vs 18K carbon guide covers what changes.
- Choose shape last. Round Tyro for pure control, teardrops for most players, the diamond Gold Stealth Pro only if you finish overheads.
- Kit it out. Add a frame protector, a cover and overgrips from our accessories. Three items save 15%.
- Compare at the same budget. Our padel rackets under $150, the PUMA range and the NOX X-One frames are the natural alternatives. My best padel racket for beginners guide ranks them.
Players looking for a colorful frame for a partner or a daughter often land on the Pink Power or Coral Stealth; our women's padel rackets collection gathers similar options across brands.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are TUYO padel rackets good?
For the price, yes. Every TUYO frame we stock has a carbon face, from 100% carbon on the Tyro to 18K on the Stealth models, and the range runs $79 to $119. In my eight-session test, TUYO's own control and power ratings matched what I felt on court. They feel lighter in the head and less solid on hard blocks than flagship frames, which is the expected trade-off at this price.
Which TUYO racket is best for beginners?
The Tyro, rated 5 of 5 for control, or the Arrow, rated 4. Both use a soft EVA core and 100% carbon face, and the Tyro Orange and Yellow and the Arrow Red cost $79. The Tyro's round head gives the most forgiving sweet spot. Choose the Arrow if you already time the ball well and want a little more reach at the net. Move up to a Cosmic once your technique settles.
What is the TUYO Gold Stealth Pro like?
It is the only diamond in the TUYO range, with an 18K carbon face, a black EVA core and a listed weight of 360 to 370 g, at $119. In my testing it gave the strongest víbora and smash of any TUYO, but it also tired my shoulder most and punished off-center hits. It suits a player with clean technique who finishes points overhead. Most players are better served by a Stealth teardrop.
