Padel Bags and Backpacks

Quick Answer

Our padel bags are 30 Babolat court bags: backpacks from $59, 6-racket bags from $89 and 12-racket bags from $119 to $129. Every one carries padel rackets comfortably, because a padel frame is far shorter than the tennis racket these compartments are sized for. Pick by how much you carry, then by color.

  • Best for: backpacks for one or two rackets; RH6 for league players; RH12 for coaches and two-sport players.
  • Weight/Balance/Shape: not published for bags; the listings describe racket compartments, kit storage and padded straps.
  • Price at Padelnox: $59 to $129; free tracked shipping over $99.

Key Takeaways

  • Older colorways are the value play. RH6 bags from 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2024 sit at $89, while the 2025 RH6 bags are $99.
  • Generation numbers are colorways. "10th Gen" and "11th Gen" on the Pure Drive backpacks mark Babolat's design cycles, not a different use.
  • White bags need care. The Wimbledon and Pure Strike white bags look sharp but show court dust. Wipe them after clay-colored carpet.
  • Pink and softer colors exist. The Rafa colorways carry pink and purple accents for players looking for a padel bag for women.
  • Tennis names, padel use. Pure Aero, Pure Drive and Pure Strike are Babolat's tennis families, but a padel racket slides into every sleeve.

The Padel Bags Range Explained

I am Tomás Reyes, the coach who writes the guides on this store, and my full background is on my profile page. I have carried most of the bags in this collection to court at some point, so here is how the range is organised.

Backpacks, $59 to $89. The biggest group. Each one has a racket compartment against your back, space for clothes and a separate spot for shoes, with padded straps. The $59 group includes the Babolat Aero Backpack in Black/Yellow ($59) and the Pure Drive Backpack 10th Gen. The $79 group adds newer designs such as the Pure Strike Backpack 4th Gen in White/Red ($79) and the Pure Drive Backpack 11th Gen in Navy ($79). The tall Rafa backpack at $89 gives extra height.

6-racket bags, $89 to $99. The RH6 line. These are long bags with dedicated racket compartments and accessory pockets. With padel frames inside, there is spare room for shoes, towels and a change of clothes. The RH X6 Pure Drive 2020 in Blue ($89) is the value pick; the RH6 Pure Wimbledon 2025 in White ($99) is the newest look.

12-racket bags, $119 to $129. The full-size bags. The Pure Drive 12-Racket Bag 10th Gen ($119) and the RH12 line at $129 are for coaches, families and players who carry kit for two sports.

The cooler bag, $59. The Wimbledon Cooler Bag sits alongside the range for drinks and food on long match days.

A Tournament Weekend With the RH12, and a Month Commuting With a Backpack

Two very different tests, both from this year.

The tournament weekend. I took the RH12 Pure Aero Rafa 2021 12-Racket Bag ($129) to a two-day club tournament where I was coaching four pairs. Friday night I packed four padel rackets in covers, two pairs of shoes, a first-aid pouch, a basket of balls, towels and a tablet for match notes. Everything went in without forcing a zip. Saturday was long: nine hours on site, three venues on the same complex. The backpack straps meant I could carry it between courts without a trolley. My shoulders felt it by the evening, but that is what 12-racket bags are: capacity first.

By Sunday I had found my system. Rackets in the main compartment, shoes in the end pocket, snacks and grips in the top pocket. What I would change: I did not need four rackets. Three would have been fine, and the Pure Drive 12-Racket Bag at $119 would have done the same job.

The commute. For a month I used the Pure Strike Backpack 4th Gen for city coaching days, on foot and on the subway. One padel racket in a cover, shoes, a spare shirt and a can of balls. It sat flat against my back, it fit between my feet on a crowded train, and nobody's shins suffered. For a player who travels to courts by public transport, a backpack is simply the right answer.

One detail I only noticed on the commute: the shoe pocket matters more on a backpack than on a big bag. On the train, a backpack sits upright against your legs and other people. With shoes sealed in their own pocket, nothing smells and no court grit ends up on anyone. On a long racket bag the shoe compartment is at the end, and it is easier to forget to use it. Pack the shoes first, every time, and the habit sticks.

The lesson from both: most players buy one size bigger than they need. Count what you really carry, then buy for that.

Colors, Generations and Padel Bags for Women

Every season I get asked for a pink padel bag, or a padel backpack for women that does not look like a tennis tour bag. Babolat's bags are unisex, but the colorways vary a lot.

  • Pink accents: the RH6 and RH12 Pure Aero Rafa 2023 bags in Navy/Pink/Yellow, and the Pure Aero Rafa Backpack in Navy/Yellow/Pink ($79).
  • Purple accents: the Rafa 2021 colorway in Black/Orange/Purple, as a backpack ($79), RH6 ($89) or RH12 ($129).
  • Clean white: the Wimbledon backpacks, including the Pure Wimbledon Backpack in White ($79) and a White/Gold version.
  • Classic blue and navy: the Pure Drive family across backpacks, RH6 and RH12.
  • Grey and yellow: the Pure Aero 2023 family.

If you are choosing a racket at the same time, my best padel racket for women guide and our women's padel rackets make it easy to match.

Padel Bags Comparison Table

Babolat does not publish bag weights in our listings, so that column stays blank rather than guessed. Format, year and price come from the product titles.

Bag Format Model year Weight Price at Padelnox
Babolat Aero Backpack, Black/Yellow Backpack - - $59
Babolat Pure Strike Backpack 4th Gen Backpack - - $79
Babolat RH X6 Pure Drive 6-racket bag 2020 - $89
Babolat RH6 Pure Wimbledon 6-racket bag 2025 - $99
Babolat Pure Drive 12-Racket Bag 10th Gen 12-racket bag - - $119
Babolat RH12 Pure Aero Rafa 12-racket bag 2021 - $129

How to Choose From This Collection

  1. Decide the format. One racket and a commute: a backpack. Two rackets plus shoes and a change of clothes: an RH6. Kit for a group or two sports: an RH12.
  2. Decide if the model year matters to you. The older RH6 bags at $89 do the same job as the 2025 bags at $99. The difference is design.
  3. Pick a color you will keep clean. White looks best on day one and needs a wipe after dusty courts. Navy and black hide wear.
  4. Add a cover for each racket. Compartments are padded, but covers stop frames rubbing. Find them in our padel accessories, and read my accessories guide for the rest of the kit.
  5. Pack fresh grips and balls. My overgrip guide explains how many to carry.
  6. If you also play pickleball, size up. Paddles from our pickleball paddles range fit in the same compartments, and an RH6 carries both sports.

Where to Buy Padel Bags

Padelnox is a US-based online store. We sell genuine brand stock, never replicas, and have 221 frames and bags in stock, with the full bag range on this page. Every order is inspected before dispatch and shipped tracked, worldwide. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Shipping is free and tracked on orders over $99, so the RH6 2025 bags and every 12-racket bag ship free on their own. Under $99 it is $9.95 flat, which is why many players add a racket from our padel rackets or Babolat padel collections to the same order. Every racket over $150 comes with a free overgrip 3-pack and frame protector. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, with full terms on our shipping and returns page. Our discount code page explains the automatic offers, and my Babolat padel guide covers the racket side of the brand. Questions go to helppadelnox@outlook.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these tennis bags or padel bags?

They are Babolat court bags, and the names come from Babolat's tennis families: Pure Drive, Pure Aero, Pure Strike and Wimbledon. They work perfectly as padel bags. A padel racket is much shorter than a tennis racket, so it fits every racket sleeve and compartment in this collection with room to spare. The extra space goes to shoes, towels, balls and a change of clothes, which padel players carry anyway.

What is the difference between the RH6 and RH12 bags?

Size. The RH6 bags are named for six tennis rackets, and the RH12 bags for twelve. With padel frames, an RH6 comfortably carries two or three rackets plus shoes and clothes, which suits most league players. An RH12 is for coaches, families or players who carry kit for two sports. In our range the RH6 bags cost $89 to $99, and the 12-racket bags cost $119 to $129.

Is there a pink padel bag or a padel bag for women?

Babolat's bags are unisex, but several colorways suit players looking for softer colors. The Pure Aero Rafa 2023 bags in Navy/Pink/Yellow come as a backpack, a 6-racket bag and a 12-racket bag, and the Rafa 2021 colorway adds purple accents. The white Wimbledon backpacks, including a White/Gold version, are another popular choice. All of them carry padel rackets comfortably.
